3.5.15 Music on Hold Prompts
The administrator can upload on hold music as follows:
1) Click „Upload Music on Prompt ‟
2) Click „Browse‟ to choose the desired audio file.
3) Click „Upload‟ to upload the selected file.
Note: The sound file format should be as follows: GSM 6.10, 8.000kHz, Mono,
1kb/sec; Alaw/Ulaw 8.000kHz, Mono, 1kb/sec; PCM 8.000kHz, Mono, 1kb/sec.
The file size must not be greater than 1.8MB.
