The PhySys device and the optionally available VacoP are listed in attachment 1 of the
MPBetreibV (Medical Device Operator Ordinance). Please observe the measures which are
necessary as a result.
The devices are not listed in attachment 2 of the MPBetreibV.
In Germany, the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) (Regulation 3 – Electrical systems
and equipment), as amended, must also be observed.
This information applies to the operation of the devices in Germany. Please consider divergent
national regulations in your country.
