2.Drilling
Drillφ14attheexpansionboltholemarkedontheoorwith
adepthof90mm.
Makesuredrillisperpendiculartooorwhendrillingwithper-
cussiondrill(orhammer).Holdhandletightlyandverticallyto
avoidsway,otherwisetheoorwillbedamagedandholewill
beenlargedandinclined.
Whenooristoosliptopositiondrillbit,cutadentatthe
perforationpositionwithpunchrsttohelplocatingdrillbit.
Useavacuumcleanertoremovethedustafterdrilling.
3.Expansionboltinstallation
Beforeinstallation,cleanupdustinsideandoutsideholeswith
avacuumcleaner .
Removewasherandnutfromexpansionbolt(M12×80),and
putexpansionboltandexpansiontubeintohole.Hammerex-
pansionboltusingarubberhammeruntilfullexpansiontube
oftheexpansionboltentersintooor .
