InstallingFixedBase
Toinstallxedbase,performthefollowingsteps.
1.Installationofexpansionblots
Beforeinstallation,cleanupdustinsideandoutsideholeswith
avacuumcleaner .Placethebasetoseeifthisisalignedwith
holes.Expansionboltsmustnotbeinstalledinholeswithlarge
deviationbeforere-locationandre-drillingisdone.
Removewasherandnut(expansionboltsizeM12×80)from
expansionbolt,andputexpansionboltandexpansiontubeinto
hole.Striketheexpansionboltwitharubberhammeruntilthe
fullexpansiontubeoftheexpansionboltenterstheoor .
2.Fixationofbase
Cleanoorandbasesurface.Aligninstallationholesonbases
tocorrespondingexpansionbolts,asshowinFigure29.Fix
basetotheoorwiththenutsandwashers.Tightenthemto
45Nmandadjusthorizontality.
