netheightoftheNOCroomislessthan3.2m,specialinstruc-
tionmustbegiveninprojectdesigndocument,explainingthe
cablerouting.

MaindoorsofNOCroommustbebigenoughforhandlingof
equipment,namely,thewidthmustbemorethan1.8m,height
morethan2.2m.Inaddition,thedoorlocksandkeysmustbe
complete.

Ventilationdevicesmustbeavailable.
Theremustbenopeelingfromceiling,walls,doors,windows
andooroftheNOCroom.Theremustbenodustrisingor
accumulatedinNOCroom.
Damp-proofmeasuresmustbetakenforallgrooves.Their
corneranglesmustbeeven.Gapsbetweengroundandcover
platesmustbeclose.Inaddition,lighting,powertubesand
cablesmustbeburiedunderground.

Patternedmaterialsarenotadoptedforoorandclear ,simple
andelegantcolorsareappropriateforwallsandceiling.Asfor
thecoating,lusterlesspaintorpaintwithoutsiliconemustbe
used.
Heightofraisedoormustbe300mmor330mm.Theunitre-
sistanceofraisedoorsystemmustcomplywithspecication
forraisedoorofComputerRooms.Thelaidoorblocksmust
becloseandrm.Thehorizontalerrorpersquaremetermust
notbemorethan2mm.
Whenraisedoorisnotavailable,theconductiveoormustbe
laid(thevolumeresistancemustbe10~1000MΩ).Thecon-
ductiveoororraisedoormustbegroundedforstaticdis-
charge,whichcanbeconnectedwithgroundingfacilitythrough
acurrent-limitingresistorandconnectioncable.Thecurrent-
limitingresistanceis1MΩ.
FlooroftheNOCroommustbeevenandclean.Inaddition,the
quantity,locationanddimensionsofreservedclosedconduits,
groovesandholesmustcomplywithprocessdesignrequire-
ments.

Equipmentroommustbecleanandfreeofdust,corrosivegasesor
wastegases.Nosupplyorsewagewaterpipesareallowedtopass
theequipmentroomandanycontactwithwatermustbeavoided.
