bolt.Measuretheirresistance.Continuethenextstepifthe

circuitisanopencircuit.Iftheresultshowsthatitisnotan

opencircuit,thenthecabinetisnotinsulatedwithearth.Ex-

aminetheinsulatedtube.Repeatthelaststepandinsulation

test.

Note:

Insulationtesthastobeimplementedimmediatelyaftereach

cabinetfootingisxed.

Result:Cabinethasbeeninstalledbyxedbase.
