16.8.2 The Groups Screen
To access this screen, click Configuration > Application > Phonebook > Groups.
Note: You can use Groups to manage the contacts in your phonebook but you cannot send
an SMS text message to a group at the time of writing.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Number This field displays the phone number of the contact. You can enter up to 20 characters,
including numbers and special characters. For example, you can use “+” for different regions.
Group This field displays the name of the group. You can enter up to 20 characters, including spaces,
alphanumeric characters and special characters, such as “@” and “#.”
Edit Click the Edit icon to change the name, the phone number or the group the contact belongs
to. And then click YES to save the changes.
Add Click Add to add the name or number of the new contact to the phonebook.
Delete Select a contact by selecting the check box of a row and then click Delete to remove it.
Move to Group Select a contact by selecting the check box of a row and then click Move to Group to move it
to a selected group.

Name This field displays the name of the group.
Count This field displays the number of the contacts in this group.
Add Click Add to add a new group to the phonebook.
