21.6 WiFi Connections
I cannot access the LTE2566-M634.
1 Make sure WiFi is enabled on the LTE2566-M634. You can enable or disable the LTE2566-M634’s WiFi
network using the WiFi Setting on the LTE2566-M634. See Section 1.5.4 on page 18.
2 Make sure the WiFi adapter (installed on your computer) is IEEE 802.11 compatible and supports the
same WiFi standard as the LTE2566-M634’s active radio.
3 Make sure your device (with a WiFi adapter installed) is within the transmission range of the LTE2566-
M634.
4 Make sure you are using the correct WiFi network name and password to connect to your LTE2566-M634.
Check your WiFi network settings by reexamining the network name Name (SSID) and/or Preshared Key
in the Web Configurator (Section 8.2 on page 60).
5 If you changed your network WiFi Name (SSID) and/or Preshared Key you will be automatically
disconnected from the LTE2566-M634. Try reconnecting to the network wirelessly with the new network
WiFi Name (SSID) and/or Preshared Key.
One of my clients cannot access the LTE2566-M634.
1 Make sure the WiFi LAN is enabled on the LTE2566-M634. You can enable or disable the LTE2566-M634’s
WiFi network using the WiFi Setting on the LTE2566-M634. See Section 1.5.4 on page 18.
2 Make sure the WiFi adapter (installed on your computer) is IEEE 802.11 compatible and supports the
same WiFi standard as the LTE2566-M634’s active radio.
3 Make sure your client’s device (with a WiFi adapter installed) is within the transmission range of the
LTE2566-M634.
4 Make sure your client is using the correct WiFi network name Name (SSID) and password Preshared Key
to connect to your LTE2566-M634 (Section 8.2 on page 60).
