Troubleshooting
21.1 Overview
Here are offers some suggestions to solve problems you might encounter. The potential problems are
divided into the following categories.
• Power
• LTE2566-M634 Access and Login
• Internet Access
• IP Address Setup
21.2 Power
The LTE2566-M634 does not turn on. The LCD display is not on.
1 Make sure the built-in battery is charged. Press the power button to turn the LTE2566-M634 on. (Section
1.4.1 on page 14.)
2 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
21.3 LTE2566-M634 Access and Login
I forgot the IP address for the LTE2566-M634.
1 The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
2 If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults.
To reset your LTE2566-M634 press the power button and release it when the LCD screen displays Reset.
I cannot see or access the Login screen in the Web Configurator.
