• In the next screen, select YES to configure the DHCP options for the new scope,
• Enter and validate the following sequence according to the configuration requirements:
- IP address of the router,
- Domain name and DNS Servers,
- The name of the WINS servers.
• Then validate activation of the scope created,
• To exit the scope creation procedure, click Finish.
The system takes the new scope into account and displays it in the main screen of the application.
16.1.2.2 To create and configure a specific vendor class for i7xx sets
Procedure
In the main screen of the DHCP Server application
• Right-click the line that corresponds to the DHCP server,
• Select Define Vendor Classes in the pop-up menu,
The list of Vendor classes that were declared previously is displayed.
• Click Add to define the new class.
