4.8.4.5 Default settings on delivery
4.8.4.6 Restoring the factory settings
This operation is used to erase all the local programming carried out in the terminal and to initialise
the terminal with the same configuration parameters as on delivery.
Only the secret code (managed by the PBX) will not be returned to its default value (0000).
This function can only be accessed by the operator using the sequence: PROG Æ 99
PROCEDURE
After power-up:
wait for the terminal to display its idle screen,
within 5s, enter PROG 99,
confirm using the ACTIV. interactive key on an M760, the OK key on an M780, M740, M730.
Nota : for an M720, just enter PROG99 within 5 seconds after power-up.
you will hear 2 confirmation beeps.
Before R1.3:the terminal retrieves the first cut-in idle screen with the request for the choice of
language to be made.
As of R1.3:the terminal retrieves the first cut-in idle screen in the country language which is
automatically synchronized with the system language.

Headset Microphone volume Level: 5
Keypad:- Qwerty (English + others)
- Azerty (French + French-speaking countries)
Language before R1.3: "English" by default

- Saver timeout: 15 min.
