During a call
You want to recover the party on hold:
1 - Successively press the keys or *
(possibly after picking up the handset).
2 - Dial the number of the first set to resume the
conversation with your party.
If the call on hold is not resumed within a given time, it is
routed to the operator.
Transferring a call
You want to transfer the current call to another set:
1- Press the key .
2- Dial the set's extension number.
Note: you can also access a stored number using the ,
or a programmed key.
You can wait for the called party to answer or hang up
immediately.
Calling a second party
You are in the middle of a call with a party and you want to call a second party, inside or
outside the company.
1- Press the key .
Your other party is put on hold and hears an audible
signal.
2- Dial the second party's number.
Note: you can also access a stored number using the ,
or a programmed key.
. If the called party does not answer, press the keys
OR * to go back to the party on hold.
he display shows the number or name of the party you
are talking to.
On the second set:
*Depending on the programming done by the system operator
