The squatt function
This function is used to momentarily recover the features and programming on your set to use
them on another set.
On the set used temporarily:
1 - Successively press the keys or *.
The display prompts you to dial the extension number
where you want to recover the features.
2- Enter your extension number.
The screen prompts you to enter the secret code.
3- Enter your set's secret code.
You can access the various features associated to your
set.
Examples:
- You can change the programming of your call
forwarding.
- You can access your personal abbreviated numbers.
The line protection function during data transmission
You want to send data via your telephone line (using a modem on the line) and therefore do
not want to be disturbed by a call (i.e., non-presentation of waiting calls).
You can enable this function selectively during a call (see section During a call).
To have this function continuously enabled, we recommend that you consult your system
operator.
Other specific functions not described in this guide can be adapted to suit your
particular requirements. Do not hesitate to consult your system operator who will
advise you and carry out the programming required.
