The supervision function
The supervision function*
When the supervision of a group of sets is programmed on your telephone, you can:
- see the state of supervised sets (free, called, busy),
- quickly pick up calls on these sets,
- call these sets directly.
Note: supervision of an outside line or network line can also be programmed. In these specific cases, we
recommend that you consult your system operator.
Programming the supervision function
You want to program the supervision of a set on a programmable key:
1- Press the key .
2- Press a programmable key.
The indicator associated to this key flashes.
3- Enter the type code or *.
4 - Dial the extension number to be supervised.
5- Press the key .
The indicator associated to the key goes off.
Notes:
-A programmable key must be programmed for each supervised
set.
- The same set can be supervised by several other sets.
*Depending on the programming done by the system operator
