The agenda function
The agenda function
This function is used to program your agenda on your set. Your set will remind you of your
appointment at the desired time.
Programming an appointment
You want to program an appointment:
1 - Successively press the keys or *.
2 - Enter the time of the appointment, between 0000 and
2359 (for example, 1830 corresponds to 18:30).
An audible message and the display indicate that the
action has been validated.
Your set will ring at the desired time to remind you of your
appointment and the display will indicate "ALARM".
- Lift the handset to stop the ringer.
Note: if you have programmed forwarding on your set, the
appointment reminder remains on your set.
Canceling an appointment
You want to cancel a programmed appointment:
1 - Successively press the keys or *.
2 - Enter the time of the appointment programmed
previously.
An audible message and the display indicate that the
action has been validated.
Canceling all appointments
You want to cancel all the programmed appointments:
1 - Successively press the keys or *.
2 - Dial or *.
An audible message and the display indicate that the
action has been validated.
All the programmed appointments are canceled.
