The voicemail function
Consulting new messages
When you have received a new message, the display shows
"CALL BACK MAIL BOX".
The message key indicator flashes**.
You want to consult your voicemail:
1 - Enter the voicemail number.
You can also successively press the keys *.
or
- Press the key **.
A voice prompt welcomes you to the voicemail and gives
you the different commands to access your voice
mailbox. Simply follow the instructions.
2 - Enter the voice mailbox number followed by # and/or the
secret code followed by # (*).
Note: we recommend storing this sequence on a programmable
key.
A voice prompt indicates the number of messages
received.
The indicator goes out after the messages have been
played.
To make voicemail consulting easier, you can store your
voice mailbox access codes on a programmable key (See
section Programmable keys).
Therefore, after calling the mail system, when the voice
prompt asks you to enter the box no. and/or your secret code:
- Simply press the programmed key.
A voice prompt indicates the number of messages
