The following list explains the content of the fixed data header:
Identification No. is the 8-digit serial number of the meter (BCD coded).
Manufacturer is set to 0442h meaning ABB
Version specifies the version of the protocol implementation. The meters
currently use the protocol version equal to 0x20.
Medium byte is set to 02h to indicate electricity.
Access number is a counter that counts successful accesses.
Status byte is used to indicate the meter status.
Bit Meaning
0 Meter busy
1 Internal error
2 Power low
3 Permanent error
4 Temporary error
5 Installation error
6 Not used
7 Not used
Signature is set to 00 00h
