Inspecting, mechanical stops
Use this procedure to inspect the additional mechanical stops.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Shown in figure Location of
mechanical stops on page 141.
Make sure no additional stops are damaged.2
Make sure the stops are properly attached.3
Correct tightening torque, additional mechanical
stops:
• Axis 1 = 120 Nm.
• Axes 2 and 3 = 115 Nm
Article number is specified in
Required equipment on page 142.
If any damage is detected, the mechanical stops must
be replaced.
Correct attachment screws:
• Axis 1: M12 x 40, quality 12.9.
• Axis 3: M6 x 16
