Removing, turning disk
Use this procedure to remove the turning disk.

Run the robot to a position where the oil plug, drain-
ing of axis 6 gearbox faces downwards.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Remove any equipment fitted to the turning disk.3

Drain the axis 6 gearbox.4

Remove the attachment screws that secure the
turning disk.

Remove old flange sealant residues and other con-
tamination from the contact surfaces.
