• 120 Nm
Apply locking liquid on the lock nuts (KM10).
Note
Do not apply locking liquid on the shafts!

Check play between support washer and bearings at
both bearings.

Lubricating, piston rod
Use this procedure to lubricate the balancing device piston rod.
NoteAction
Move axis 2 to a position where the balancing device
is in horizontal position and the piston rod extended
as much as possible.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply to the robot
• hydraulic pressure supply to the robot
• air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.

Clean piston rod with isopropanol before applying
new grease.
