6.1 Monitoring
6.1.1 Indications
The operation of the protection relay can be monitored via three different
indications on the LHMI.
Three indicator LEDs with fixed functionality: Ready, Start and Trip

6.1.1.1 Monitoring indication messages
Indication messages and tripping data are shown in a dialog box. Only one dialog
box can be shown at a time, therefore the relay has internal priority for indication
messages and tripping data. Internal fault and warning messages have always
higher priority than start or trip information. Trip information has always higher
priority than start information.
1. Read the indication message in the dialog box.
The message can indicate the starting or tripping of protection functions or an
internal fault in the device.

Press
to close the indication message without clearing it or press to
activate the Clear view and to clear messages.
