Figure 3-12 shows the test signal for a DC resistance measurement. For a DC resistance
measurement, the 4263B measures inductance,

LP
,or
L2
, while applying an AC test
signal, and then measures the DC resistance,
DCR
or
R2
, while applying a DC test signal. The
4263B measures DC resistances two times, switching the test signal level to +2 V and then
to
0
2V, and then calculates the DC resistance value. This method cancels the oset error of
the DC voltage source.
