as short
as possible

a
four-terminal pair
measurement circuit
conguration, the
outer shields
of
H
CUR
and
H
POT
,
L
CUR
,
and
L
POT
terminals
must
all
be
connected together
at a
point as
near as
possible
to
the
DUT
.
