menu
of
step-3,
the
4263B
displays
the
LO
AD
measurement
value
(LO
AD correction
data).

Select MeasVal
and
press
.
The 4263B
displays
the
primary
parameter
of
the
LO
AD
measurement data.
2.
Press
.
The
4263B
displays
the
secondary
parameter
of
the
LOAD
measurement data.
3.
Press
to
return
to
the
previous
menu.
The
following
warning
message
is
displayed
when
the
dierence
between
the
LO
AD
measurement
value
and
the
reference
value
is
more
than 20%.
Even
if this
warning
message
is
displayed,
the
LO
AD
correction
data
will
be
used.
However
,
it
would
be better
to
verify
that
there
is
no
error
in
the
connection
between
the
test
xture
and
the
UNKNOWN terminal,
and
in
the
LO
AD
correction
procedure
.
