-430 Query DEADLOCKED
A command was received which generates too much data to fit in the output
buffer and the input buffer is also full. Command execution continues but all
data is lost.
-440 Query UNT E RMIN ATED af ter indefinite response
The
*IDN?
command m ust be the l ast query comm and withi n a command
string.
Exampl e:

501 Isolator UART framing error
502 Isolator UART overrun error
511 RS-232 framing error
512 RS-232 overrun error
513 RS-232 parity error
514 Command allowed only with RS-232
There are three commands which are only allowed with the RS-232 interface:
SYSTem:LOCal

.
521 Input buffer overflow
522 Output buffer overflow
550 Command not allowed in local
You should alw ays execute the
SYSTem:REMote
comman d before sending
other commands over the RS-232 interface.
