349 nm (ultraviolet) laser excited fluorescence channels or photodetectors. For
example, UV615 denotes the 615/20 channel excited by the 349 nm laser, and so
on.
405 nm (violet) laser excited fluorescence channels or photodetectors. For example,
V445 denotes the 445/45 channel excited by the 405 nm laser, and so on.
561 nm (yellow) laser excited fluorescence channels or photodetectors. For
example, Y586 denotes the 586/20 channel excited by the 561 nm laser, and so on.
