NovoCyte Quanteon Flow Cytometer Operator's Guide 55
NovoCyte Fluidics Station II to the ports at the back of the instrument. These ports
are labeled with NovoRinse, NovoFlow, NovoClean, Waste 1, and Waste 2,
respectively. NovoRinse is the rinsing solution and is connected by the blue tubing.
NovoFlow is the sheath fluid and is connected by the green tubing. NovoClean is
the decontamination solution and is connected by the yellow tubing. Waste 1 and
Waste 2 connect to the red tubing.

The reagent containers are connected through the same color coded tubing to the
ports at the back of the NovoCyte Quanteon instrument, as shown in Figure 26.
