Append Data
Additional data can be acquired for samples which already include data. Newly
acquired data will be appended to the existing data for the sample.
1 Select the sample to be the Active Sample. Set the Stop Condition for the
acquisition.
2 Load the sample into the sample holder.
3 Click Run button in the Cytometer Control panel. If the sample already
contains data, a dialog box will pop up. Click the Append button to add more
data to the sample. Click the Overwrite button to delete the existing data and
re-collect the data.
