6 Click Restart in the next window to restart the software to apply the new
optical configuration setting.

7 After NovoExpress is restarted, the following window will appear. Click QC
Test to continue.

8 Properly prepare 1 mL QC particles sample as described in NovoExpress
Software Guide. Place the sample tube in the tube holder or NovoSampler Q.
Fill in the test information in the pop-up window. Click Next to continue.
