3 Ensure all the selected FCS files are successfully imported to the software.

4 Set the compensation parameters in the New Auto Compensation window
(i.e. Area or Height, Median or Mean). Ensure the correct channel parameter is
selected for each single stained sample. To select different single stained
sample file, click the file name, select the desired file from the pull-down menu.
