Ethernet Interface
Description A text description of the port
Interface The port ID displayed in the slot/mda/port format
Link-level The type of link for which the port is configured
Admin State Up — the administrative state is up
Down — the administrative state is down
Oper State Up — the operating state is up
Down — the operating state is down
Physical Link Yes — a physical link is present
No — a physical link is not present
IfIndex The interface's index number, which reflects its initialization sequence
Last State
Change
The last time that the operational status of the port changed state
Last Cleared
Time
The time since the last clear
Configured Mode network — the port is configured for transport network use
access — the port is configured for service access
Dot1Q Ethertype The Ethertype expected when the port's encapsulation type is dot1q
Ing. Pool % Rate The amount of ingress buffer space, expressed as a percentage of the
available buffer space, that will be allocated to the port or channel for
ingress buffering
