4.4 Adjustment while Mould Changing
SAFETY ITEMS
MUST BE
FULLY
OBSERVED
AFTER COMPLETION OF MOULD CHANGE AND WISH
TO ADJUST THE ROBOT, FOLLOWING SAFETY
RULES MUST BE FULLY OBSERVED.
(1) Do not adjust the robot unless you are a fully trained person.
(2) Switch the I.M.M. to Manual mode and move the platen to full open position,
and then turns power of the I.M.M. to OFF.
(3) Turns power OFF and disconnects pneumatic supply source of the robot.
Important: Unless above actions are actually carried out, do not adjust the robot.
