5 Display after Power On
After startup, normally it will display the initial screen as
shown in the right picture.
It will jump to the other function screen by choosing
“Auto”, “Manu”and“Mode”.
〔 F1 〕 Press “F1”to get into Auto status.
In the Auto status, sync action and I/O settings are shown. Besides, timers and
counters can be set. And apart from Auto manufaction , it contains STEP action.
〔 F2 〕 Press “F2”to get into Manual status.
In the Manual status, I/O and system setting can be confirmed.
〔mode〕 Press “Mode” to get into Mode status.
In the Mode status, you can change and save the action sequence and the relative
setting. A code is needed if the password was set.
5.1 Display of EMS
Press down the Emergency Stop at the right top of
the pendant, and then it goes the EMS state. In the EMS
state, both auto and manual operation can’t work, and
“Mold Safety” output is forced to OFF.
The right EMS operation:
① Press down the EMS and go to the
right screen.
② Exclude the EMS cause to ensure the safety.
③ Lift the EMS button to release the EMS state.
④ Press the “ESC”.
⑤ Return to the Manual screen if the ascend limit is OFF; return to the initial
screen if the ascend limit is ON.
