5.4 Lubrications
The supporting the machine used is also suitable for high-speed linear slide rail and linear bearings.
with balls and composite material in it, the supporting is a rolling friction or sliding friction. The
friction loss of contact part increases and shortens service life without lubrication. Therefore, the
machine should be timely to lubrication.
Frequency of Lubrication: Re-lubrication should be made about every 50,000 cycles or every month.
Fat type：Yellow grease or soap base lubricants series 2：
1/ ISEVG32-68………or transparent oil
2/ ALVANIA GREASE NO.2 (SHELL)
3/ ALVANIA EP\2 (SHELL).
Lubrication position：
1/ Up and down skate, sliding block
2/ Draw bench guide arm, bearings
Lubrication methods：
(1)Sliding blocks：Squeeze grease into the sliding blocks for lubrication.
(2) Slide Rails and Bearings：Apply grease on the surfaces by brushing. Lubrication-free air cylinders
are utilized on this ROBOT, therefore no lubrication is necessary.
