5. MAINTENANCE
5.1 Maintenance and Repair Safeties
NOTE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS BEFORE OR DURING MAINTENANCE.
1. Turns power switch of the ROBOT to OFF before maintenance of the I.M.M.
2. Turns power switch of the ROBOT to OFF and disconnect pneumatic supply source, also
evacuates residual compressed air insides pneumatic circuits of the ROBOT before
maintenance of the ROBOT.
3. In addition to proximity switches, sensors, and trouble of solenoid valves can be repaired
by the user, other items should only be repaired by fully trained technician.
4. Do not make any change or modification to the ROBOT.
5. During adjustment of the ROBOT or mould changing, be careful to prevent from hurt by
the ROBOT.
6. After completion of adjustment or maintenance of the ROBOT, please stay away from
safety protective areas before re-starting.
7. During maintenance, do not turn ON power supply source, or re-connect pneumatic supply
source to the ROBOT.
