5.2 Check Project and Schedules of Maintenance
Please carry out the following necessary inspections, maintenances
and replacements frequently:
Check to make sure functions of the gripper and vacuum suction
headwork (EOAT) are normal?
Draining water from the air filter/regulator assembly?
Tighten connecting screws on the vacuum suction headwork
(EOAT)?
Draining water from the air compressor?
Check if connections between ROBOT and I.M.M., and between
hand-held pendant and control box are well tightened?
Check if there is any part on the ROBOT for loosen
Re-lubricate bearings on the crosswise axis?
Clean and restore appearance of the ROBOT?
Re-lubricate slide rail(s) and sliding blocks on the vertical axis?
Check the pneumatic hose lines and the speed control valves
are of no leakage and normal?
Check function of the vacuum generator?
Check if mounting bolts between the base and machine platen are
fully tightened?
Check function of the shock absorbers?
Replace the pneumatic hoses, electrical wires and cables
entirely?
