8.4 System Setting 1
 Language
[Chinese]
Use Chinese language.
[English]
Use English language.
 Buzzer use
[Buzzer use]
It beeps when alarm occurs in the auto running or the emergency stop occurs.
[Buzzer unuse]
Buzzer is disabled.
 Descend and take out
[Door closed to down]
While [mold complete] is ON, the arm descends and takes out the product after the
safety door is closed. When the arm ascends,[mold safety] is ON without the door ON or OFF.
[Door opened to down]
The arm descends and takes out the product without the door ON or OFF. When the
arm ascends,[mold safety] is ON after the door is closed. Open and close action is
needed. When the safety door keeps closed,[mold safety] won’t be ON. After that,
action won’t stop even the door is open.
 Safety door
[Opening stop]
In the auto running, action stops while the safety door is open;
Close the door to continue the action.
[Opening reset]
In the auto running, action stops while the safety door is open;
Close the door to continue the action.
When the safety door is opened, the arm won’t stop taking out but keep going until
the action is done.
 Injector molding machine monitor
[IMM monitor ON]
While in auto, injector molding machine is monitored. Within the timer, if the machine
doesn’t shut off, “alarm 27 molding interval abnormal” occurs.
[IMM monitor OFF]
Injector molding machine monitor turns OFF.
