CV1Oper REAL CV1 Operator-Manual value.
CV1 is set to this value when in Operator
control and Manual mode. If not Operator-
Manual mode, set CV1Oper to the value of CV1
at the end of each function block execution.
If value of CV1Prog or CV1Oper < 0 or > 100,
or < CV1LLimit or > CV1HLimit when
CVManLimiting is TRUE, set unique Status bit
and limit value used for CV1.
