1. Set Level (see Figure 7-1 and 7.8).
a) Go to LEVL display.
b) Set desired level value (default value is 00.0 dBm).
c) New level value is stored in volatile memory.

Set Up to 10 Frequencies , sent with number keys from QUIET
display (see Figure 7-1 and 7.8).
a) Go to desired FR display - - one (1) of 10.
b) The number after FR identifies the number key onto
which the frequency is programmed.
c) Set desired frequency value.
d) This value is stored in non-volatile memory.
e) Repeat Steps a) and c) for other frequencies as desired.
3.
Set Touch Tone Level (see Figure 7-1 and 7.8).
a) Go to TTLEV display.
b) Set desired level value for DTMF and MF dialing.
c) Recommended level (factory setting) is 10.0 dBm.
d) This value is stored in non-volatile memory.
4.
Set Time Off : operates when power is turned on with the
momentary power switch (see Figure 7-1 and 7.8).
a) Go to TMOFF display.
b) Set desired time value.
c) This value is stored in non-volatile memory (factory
setting is 16 minutes).
d) This time is when the AM-48 will turn off after the
last key or switch activity, if the unit has been turned
on with the momentary power switch.
