You will then be prompted to define the value to correspond to the 0 or 4
mA analog output:
Out # y 4 ma = xx

where y is the analog output port and xx is the value that the current out-
put currently represents.
5. Type the value to correspond to the 4 (or 0) mA analog output.
Set Track/Hold Option
This menu option allows you to decide what signals to send to the se-
lected analog output port during a calibration or verification. You have the
option to either hold the last process reading or track calibration readings.
Separate decisions can be made for verify and calibrate operations, so, for
example, you can elect to hold the last process reading during verifica-
tions, but track calibration gas readings during calibrations.
Setting track or hold
1. Select Set Track/Hold from the Analog Range Key after selecting an
analog output port.
2. You can choose to either hold process readings or track calibration
readings on the analog output port. Separate choices can be made for
calibration and verify operations.
For calibration operations, select one of the following:
Hold during cal
or
Track during cal
