Anderson Group Self-loading Bale Carrier TSR-3450 Operator's Manual 25
NOTE: The hydraulic hoses connecting to the tractor are iden-
tified as follows:
l 2 YELLOW cable clamp collars: Unloading plat-
form power supply
l 1 YELLOW cable clamp collar: Unloading plat-
form return
l 2 GREEN cable clamp collars: Hydraulic dis-
tributor power supply
l 1 GREEN cable clamp collar: Hydraulic dis-
tributor return
If the couplings are reversed, the hydraulic
control functions (raise/descend) will also be
reversed and the electronically controlled part
will not work.
Accident hazard!
Before hooking- up the couplings to the
tractor, ensure they are thoroughly clean. Dirt
and grime result in contaminating the tractor’s
hydraulic oil.
Release the tractor’s hydraulic circuit pressure
before hooking-up.
The recommended oil flow rate in order to
effectively use the TSR-3450 bale carrier is 30
to 58 l/min. (8 to 15 gallons per minute).
2. Check that the hoses are placed between the tractor and the bale carrier so as to avoid twist-
ing them, catching them, and wearing them out prematurely during manoeuvres.
3. Attach the control lever to the operator seat armrest so it is within the operator’s reach.
4. Connect the 12 V power cable for the self-loading bale carrier’s electrohydraulic controls.
5. Connect the running lights.
6. Remove the locking pin behind the loading arm (see Figure 4 Loading Arm Attachment).
