4.5 Scissor Platform Height
Scissor platform height must be adjusted based on bale height. In order to adjust the platform
height, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the travel limit for each platform (travel limit installed in position A in Figure 10 – Scis-
sor Platform Height Adjustment) by removing the bolts holding it in place.
2. Slide the moving scissor arm towards the front of the bale carrier, to the end of the base-
frame.
3. Attach the travel limit with the bolts on one of the two base-frames, according to the indic-
ations in the following figure and table.
The platforms include several moving parts that
may move and injure you during the adjustment.
