50 Operator's Manual Self-loading Bale Carrier TSR-3450 Anderson Group
For safe bale transportation, Anderson Group recommends you only put one bale high on the rear
end of the self-loading bale carrier (see the following figure).
Figure 27 Fully Loaded Bale Carrier
5.3 Unloading Bales
To unload bales from the TSR-3450 bale carrier, it is important to select flat terrain without
obstacles (e.g. power lines). Also, ensure that there is enough space in front of the tractor to be able
to move forward until all bales are unloaded.
In order to unload bales, proceed as follows:
1. Immobilize the carrier where you want to unload the bales.
2. Activate the control to lift the unloading platform (see Figure 20 - Control Lever and Table 7 -
Actions Associated with the Buttons).
In order to be able to lift the platform, the load-
ing arm must be lowered and no other part (for
example, the barrier if it is bent) should hinder
the platform’s movement.
3. When the platform is raised to its maximum position, move forward at about 5 km/h (3
mph) so the bales are placed on the ground.
4. Once all the bales are unloaded, return the platform to the horizontal position. The carrier is
now ready to load new bales.
