Problem Possible Cause Solution
The full load indicator
does not come on and
there is only room for
two more bales on the
carrier.
The full load mechanism
is poorly adjusted or
broken.
Clean the mechanism and adjust it. If it is
no longer functional, replace it.
The full load mech-
anism’s tap rod position
sensor is broken.
Replace the sensor.
The electric circuit is
defective.
Examine the electric circuit and make any
repairs required.
The full load indicator
is always on.
The full load mechanism
is poorly adjusted or
broken.
Clean the mechanism and adjust it. If it is
no longer functional, replace it.
The unloading platform
does not move.
The tractor’s oil feed sys-
tem is defective.
Correct the hydraulic hose fittings if neces-
sary (see section 3.2 Hydraulic and Elec-
trical System Hook-up).
The loading arm safety
device tap rod (diverter
valve) is not working.
Ensure that the diverter valve tap rod can
move freely and it is correctly adjusted
(the tap rod is raised when the arm is fully
lowered).
The loading arm grab-
ber does not pivot, but
the other controls oper-
ated by the control
lever work.
There is a problem with
the electric wires or con-
nectors.
Check the condition of the electric wires
and connectors and replace any damaged
parts.
An obstacle is preventing
pivot movement.
Remove the obstacle from the grabber’s
trajectory.
The loading arm grab-
ber does not open, but
the other controls oper-
ated by the control
level work.
There is a problem with
the electric wires or con-
nectors.
Check the condition of the electric wires
and connectors and replace any damaged
parts.
