NOTE: In order for the borders to operate correctly, L1 and U1 must be in same band (VHF or UHF) and L2
and U2 must be in same band (VHF or UHF). You can set both borders in the same band and when you start
scanning from a frequency that is within the current border the scanning will stay within that border. When
you start scanning outside of either border the scanning will go through the entire radio frequency range..
