5.6.11. Alt DNS
As above, for use with SIP, it is required to resolve server names.
5.6.12. Resequencer
Use this option to enable or disable the packet resequencer. See separate section on resequencer in the
NMS section.
5.6.13. Phy Settings
This setting is set to automatic by default so that the codec will auto negotiate the speed.
Fallback
When the normal auto-negotiation process fails to determine compatible link speed and link duplex set-
tings. The system will determine the line speed using different methods. It is impossible to determine the
duplex settings of the network. This setting will be the duplex setting when auto-negotiation fails.
Control
How speed of network port is configured. Via auto-negotiation, restricted auto-negotiation or manually
configured. If auto or restricted auto-negotiation are selected, both speed and duplex settings should
ALWAYS follow on the switch. For manual the switch will need to be configured to the same settings as
auto-negotiation will not occur
