Non-Spill Caps (if equipped)
Check and clean the non-spill caps every 250 hours of
operation.

1. NON-SPILL CAP 2. GASKET
1. Use a clean cloth to wipe the non-spill cap clean.
2. Check the gasket. If the gasket is damaged, replace
the non-spill cap.
3. Shake the non-spill cap. You must hear the valve
inside the non-spill cap make noise.
A. If you hear the valve make a noise, go to Step 6.
B. If you do not hear the valve make a noise, go to
Step 4.
4. Wash the non-spill cap in water. Shake the non-spill
cap to remove water from inside the cap.
5. Shake the non-spill cap. If you cannot hear the valve
make a noise, replace the non-spill cap.
6. Install the non-spill cap.
7. Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for the other non-spill caps.
INSTRUMENT PANEL FUSE
To replace the instrument panel fuse do the following:
1. Remove the fuse holder and discard the old fuse.
2. Install a new fuse.
3. Install the fuse holder.

SEAT INTERLOCK SYSTEM
The relays for the SEAT INTERLOCK SYSTEM are located
on the Right-Hand side of the machine, behind the
battery.

WARNING:
The battery on this machine is
equipped with nonspill caps. Make absolutely
certain that replacement battery(s) has nonspill
caps. DO NOT operate this machine unless the
battery(s) is equipped with nonspill caps and that
they FUNCTION PROPERLY.
WARNING:
Battery acid causes severe burns.
Batteries contain sulfuric acid. Avoid contact with
skin, eyes or clothing. Antidote - EXTERNAL: flush
with water. INTERNAL: drink large quantities of
water or milk. DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek
medical attention immediately. BATTERIES
PRODUCE EXPLOSIVE GASES. Keep sparks,
flame, lit cigars and cigarettes away. Ventilate
when charging or using in enclosed area. Always
wear eye protection when working near batteries.
Wash hands after handling. KEEP OUT OF REACH
OF CHILDREN.
