NOTE:
Use caution when cleaning the cooler with a high
pressure washer. The fins can be easily damaged.
COMPRESSED AIR: Use compressed air that is not more
than 206 kPa (30 psi) at the nozzle to remove dirt and
debris from the cooler fins. Always wear face
protection when using compressed air.

Transmission Oil Level
Check the transmission oil level every 50 hours of
operation.
Park the machine on a level surface when you check the
oil.
1. Clean the area around the filler plug (1) with cleaning
solvent.
2. Remove the filler plug.
3. Check the oil level. If the oil level is even with the
bottom of the hole for the filler plug, the oil level is
correct. Go to Step 5. If the oil level is below the
bottom of the hole for the filler plug, go to Step 4.
4. Add oil to raise the oil level to the bottom of the hole
for the filler plug.
5. Install the filler plug.
NOTE:

transmission oil specifications.
Transmission Oil Change
Change the oil every 1,000 hours of operation or each
year, whichever occurs first.
1. Park the machine on a level surface, shut the
engine off and remove the key.
2. Clean the area around the transmission drain plug
(2) and filler plug (1) with cleaning solvent.
3. Remove the filler plug.
4. Remove the drain plug and drain the transmission.
The transmission capacity is approximately 1.4 litres
(1.5 U.S. quarts).
5. Install the drain plug.
6. Fill the transmission with oil until the oil is even
with the bottom of the hole for the filler plug.
7. Install the filler plug.
AXLES
Axle Oil Level
Check the oil level of each axle every 250 hours of
operation.
Park the machine on a level surface when you check the
oil.

1. Remove the plug from one of the differentials.
2. The oil must be level with the bottom of the hole
for the plug.
3. If the oil level is below the bottom of the hole for
the plug, add oil.
