– Loosen the bolts and remove cover plate (1).
– Remove screws and take out cover of air filter box
(2).
– Replace the filter elements (3) by new ones.
– Install again the air filter covers and tighten the
screws.
– Install again cover plate in the unit and tighten the
bolts.
5.2.2.2 Checking the cooling fans
The battery set contains 6 cooling fans to take the hot
air from the inverters out of the unit.
Fans are controlled by internal command of inverters
and by thermostat TM1 located inside the control
cubicle. To check that all fans work correctly turn
down the setting of TM1 thermostat to 0°C. Ensure
that all fans are running and taken air out of the unit.
Restore TM1 setting to 30°C.
5.2.2.3 Cooling fan replacement
Open the fan case of the new fan and invert the
position of the fan to change the air flow direction.
Remove and dispose the air filter of the fan case.
