9.2.7 Cold weather
The cold weather option includes specific heaters in
order to warm the ESS battery compartment so the
batteries can be charged with ambient temperatures
below 5ºC. This option includes some heaters
controlled by the batteries temperature. There is also
an ON/OFF switch which allows to disable the
heating option if needed. For example in the case that
the load is fed from the MAINS or GENSET thanks
to the pass through and it is not needed to recharge the
batteries in this period of time.
